MIVVA X KAO XMAS GIFTBOX FOR BLOGGERS

Good Morning folks! It has been a week I received this Xmas gift from Mivva and Kao (a collaboration gift) to Mivva bloggers. Thank you very much for this wonderful gift. I can't express the happiness through words only God knows the feeling how happy am I receiving this gift and I really appreciate it. I was really surprised when I received the big box because what I know, I didn't order anything online .

The box contains 4 full-sized products and all are worth up to RM 150.

Liese Bubble Hair color is one of their popular products. The color is quite bright  based on the color chart and whats special about this hair color is, it can be used by shampoo-ing method instead of applying using manual traditional salon method. I don't dye my hair anymore unless by using henna in purpose of covering my grey-hair (hehehe) . So who wants this? hands up! hands in the air please! oh yeah (song plays in my mind) 

The second product is my favorite cleansing wipes. I still have the old one, haven't finish using it and Alhamdullilah I got another one as backup so that I can save up some money there (yeayyy!!!) .Yet, I  wondering if the new Biore cleansing wipes packaging does affect its cotton wipes texture and size or it's still remain the same like the older version but only the packaging changed?  I will open it up soon and do review, InsyaAllah. 

Third product is Biore waterproof makeup remover with water based formula. I never know that Biore has this makeup remover formula. I have the oil-based make up remover but seldom use it since I have cotton wipes, they're much easier and save a lot of time. However, liquid makeup remover is needed to remove lower lashes makeup residue/ eyeliner residue and stubborn leftover mascara on lashes. I will certainly do a review on this makeup remover since I've been searching for a great liquid remover that won't hurt my eyes. 

Next is Liese Smooth Hair Cocktail Serum/ Oil Serum . Oh dear, this is the most exciting product of all. I have been eyeing this product since last two years. For some reasons, I keep skipped buying this product. I fell in love when I tried it for the first time at Watsons (the sample). During that time, I just finished my Diploma and working part time as a promoter at Watsons. It was only 2-day promoter job and I tried it during "working hour" Ops! hahaha. I still remember the product works great on me, smooth en my hair, less frizzy stubborn electrode hair and most importantly it smells amazing. I'm glad that I finally got this in hands as it reminds me my old days. Thank you for all these. 

They might look nothing to you but for me, they are meaningful, my first biggest present ever and this would be my sweetest moment in this year, 2014. What a great start to the year.

MIVVA November 2013 Beauty Surprise!

It's time for me to review the November box from Mivva and lets jump into the box with its fun theme!  

As a regular subscriber, you know, this is how the Mivva box looks like. 

Black with silver dots details on it and elegant as always. 

This month's theme is

So based from it's theme, we should have an idea whats going to be inside there..

Whats in my mind were;

I got this blue loofah and I'm not sure whether it is really in the list

or it's an additional item to enjoy.

However, I'm glad that this loofah is included in the box since the theme of sleepover kit is looking forward to something pampering and fun to do with our bffs. 

Facial Essence Collagen Mask

A collagen mask with hyaluronic Acid and various Botanical extracts in  the mask functioning to ensure the skin keep moisturized for a long time and collagen is a key product for this product as it will makes skin elastic and healthy. 

Neula 2 in 1 Tea Tree Oil Control Cleanser

2 in 1 meaning fight pimples and oily skin and at the same time leave the skin feel fresh and clean!

The natural tea tree essence with Vitamin B3 will help to remove pimples effectively as well as moisturizing the skin in achieving oil control balance especially for teenagers. 

A full size for this cleanser. 

Antipodes Joyful hand & body cream

As I mentioned earlier, a sleepover night is not complete without body butter or lotion.

This hand and body cream will keep moisturized our skin and at the same time, the nutrient for avocado oil will provides an immediate boost of abundant skin nutrients to dry, stress and tired skin. This will leave your skin looks dewy, healthy and free from oily residue. 

RM 20 gift voucher is included in the box for the next purchase. 

ONL Dermost moistay cream and fresh gel cream

Cream: It is from spring water cream for a balanced adjustment of oil and water.

Gel: Pure hydration for skin with much sebum. Gel cream contains 100% spring water in its base.

I haven't tried both  but since my moisturizer is running out, I might giving these two pretties a try. :)

Of course the last product is the most exciting product!

Stage nail polish in color of "innocent" is the star product for this month's box. 

This complete the theme of the box perfectly.

Overall, I wish there will be more exciting products in the box such as full size girlish shower gel or any spa kit, a cute complete nail kit and also pink hair roller. However, loofah and nail polish successfully brighten the box with cheers.

I know I supposedly do the review on October month but I'm sorry, I was so busy and did not have much time to do the review within the dateline. 

So, after I got another box of November, I realised that I need to post this out as soon as possible so that I can open and start to do another box review in this month. 

First impression on the box

Well, this is my first time getting beauty box from Mivva and what can I say is

I LOVE the simple silver polka dot design on the box over the black background details make it more exclusive and sophisticated.

Secretleaf Argan Hydrating Cleanser

 I believe it is for heel. Yes, it stated there on the packaging. haha. It is bio based natural moisturize with light, non oily formula with proven anti inflammatory and anti irritant ingredients. 

Will trying it soon. 

RM 23.90 for 50G

Overall, I think this month's box is not impressive as I wish. All the items received are in sample size but not for the mask of course. However, the products that I like in this box is UNICO Pearl Scar Cream since I have few pimple scars on my face, so this product need to be given a try. Furthermore, the scar cream is the most expensive item and supposedly the highlight of  this month's box.

Nevertheless, other products are so so for me, not too bad and not too good either. Hope November box will be better than this October box. 

I have received the November box but have not opened it yet.

The New REVLON Super Lustrous Shades

Assalamualaikum and Hi to alll~

 Revlon, one of establish makeup brand in Malaysia. They are available nationwide at pharmacies, Watsons, Guardian and and also Caring. Most of the Revlon products are great especially their foundation and lip colors. I'm one of their fans. hahah. p/s: I love to collect their foundations.  I know, it's quite weird to say this..but... I love to collect their foundations. or.. should I say I love to try out their foundation? I am foundation lover. One bottle of foundation I can use it for 4-5 months time. Crazy right? haha. I know I know, its kind of ridiculous. 

Well, this time.. I was invited for the Revlon Launching event. When I heard Revlon, I was quite excited because it is about makeup, my addiction! 

Revlon introduced the new 8 shades in Super Lustrous Lipstick and lipglosses. The new 8 shades lipstick are totally pretty, moisturising and the color is buildable. These shades are now available at all Watsons, Guardian and all Revlon counters starting October 2013. (Should be available at the counters now)

The new colors for the lipstick are:

Berry Couture, Plum Velour, Fuchsia Shock, Kissable Pink, Pink Cloud, Rich Girl Red, Lovers Coral and Honey Bare.

Personally, I love all of their lipstick colors, if possible, I want to own them all. The lipstick is very moisturising and can be wear daily!  I'm a person that lazy to apply lip balm before lipstick, but with this lipstick, my lips won't look dry & chap, easy to apply, and also can be applied in few layers to get opaque color.

Short Review on Lipsticks

• Shiny color with a lightweight feel – that’s a look that never goes out of style.
• The colour is buildable from sheer to opaque color.
• Suit for people who does not like heavy feeling lipstick/ bold color lips.
• Suit for dry lips because it quite moisturising.
• The colors offer are pretty and can be wear daily.
• Great for daily touch up. -some lipsticks are too heavy and if you apply, the lines on lips will show pretty obvious but not with this new color shades.
• It glides smoothly on lips.

The new colours for lipglosses are:

Kiss Me Coral, Pango Peach, Pinkissimo, Pink Pop, Rosy Future, Snow Pink and Super Natural.

Short Review on Lipgloss

• They are formulated as non-sticky gloss for colorful radiant shine and moisturising with Vitamin E and also Avocado Oil condition lips without feeling any tackiness.
• The lipgloss does not irritated our lips, in fact, it roses up hydration gives plumped touch. 
• The shiny reflecting effect is because of LiquidShine complex which contains Abyssinian Oil -gives glossy and radiant color.
• The applicator has been improvised for comfortable and even application. 
• The color is quite opaque especially Pink Pop. So far this is my favourite lipgloss color from Revlon, opaque and it is almost similar to lipcream but has glossy effect. Great lipgloss in the market. Can't wait to try the Kiss Me Coral.

I like this color, it looks dark in the tube, but when you apply it on lips, the color is quite sheer and gives you very pretty plummy, deep red. Very vintage you all. I like this color, very unique. You need to apply it for few layers to get this opaque color.

There was a makeup contest among the bloggers and I did this makeup  look with  no reason.. play makeup2. haha. I also don't know what look I tried to do but this is the final look. hahaha. Please accept the weirdo-ness of my makeup. Please Please. Got style la.

Lipstick: Apply Plum Velour on overall lips. Then apply Fuchsia Shock at the centre of the lips and some Rosy Future lipgloss at the middle of the lips to give plumped dimension lips.

Huarghhhhhhhh! So yummy!

All Revlon makeup were ready on the table for us to try and play with. hehehe. Everything are pretty, I love the eye palette too and also the photoready mascara. Seriously, I've tried it out on that night, my lashes look damn long!! Fuhhh...unbelievable!

It is very light and gives minimal amount of coverage. It's also very nourishing and suit to very dry skin or people that work in air-conditioner. The best part is, it has SPF 30 or 40 which is very high and suit with our Malaysia weather.

But for night, we no need any Sun protection so we could replace it with Night Cream which could helps to renew our skin during the night time treatment..

Clear enough with my gyiyomi guideline? hehehe. (I tried my best to act cute infront of camera since my morning face is quite horror to be faced) 

After applying the sunscreen/ sun protection/ sun block, whatever you called it, you may apply your makeup either foundation, mineral powder, bb cream or cc cream.

While talking about cc cream, Elianto also comeout a new product of CC cream range.
