Undoubtedly saying, it is also one of my favorite foundation .IN FACT, my most used foundation in high end category.  As it stated on the packaging;  Sheer glow's silky fluid delivers immedite hydration, even skin tone and leaves the skin brighter and more radiant. Used dailt, your skin's texture imporves over time, becoming softer, smoother and more luminous. Sheer glowfoundation provides wightless and buildable coverage, with a natural radiant finish, for normal to dry skin types. Dermatologist tested, fragrance-free.  WHAT MAKES THIS FOUNDATION SO SPECIAL?

Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation

I just can't believe this..  seriously? I am keep asking myself, is this happened for real?

Wiida, betul ke ni? serious ke? kau makan foundation ke? wey wey wey! 

It is a 30 ml bottle foundation, which could last a normal person for a year and for a makeup hardcore up to 3 years cause normally we , makeup addicts love to try new things and would not finish an item, especially a foundation. 

Believe it or not, I just finished up a bottle of Bourjois foundation.To be exact, it's almost finish only left for couple of uses ( less than a cm). Phew~  Answer me, have you ever finished a foundation? I think this is the second bottle that I have finished in this year. First was Naked foundation (well, actually I just realized it few days ago. haha. Maybe I used to love it so much until it left +- 1 cm). Yet, I am still excited to tell you my addiction on this foundation, Bourjois healthy mix foundation.

By given opportunity to grab any high end foundation, my heart still chose this foundation and I still prefer to use it daily even after solat,  on client, on everyone! Well, depending on client's condition too. I really love it and absolutely will recommend it to you guys! Like seriously! even high end foundation can't beat this stuff! crazy mezy! hehe. 

Oh My God! Feel like letting go my high end foundations. haha. okay, without further due , lets gossip into this amazing foundation. 

Why am I loving this foundation so much?

My first answer would be " the finishes".

It gives very natural glow skin , smooth , HD effect, flawless, medium light texture, build-able, healthy skin and looks natural on everyone. Perfect to be used for daily makeup. 

Second is the quality of the foundation itself is great!

 It can lasts up to 8 hours depending on "face makeup regime" or on how did you applied it on skin. The foundation doesn't clog the pores. serious shoot!  . Although the texture is medium light weight, it is still comfortable to be applied on " the virgin makeup people". haha. I do not know what to call this kind of people- those who never / doesn't apply makeup on daily basis. 

Third is of course of $$$$$$ factor. Who doesn't like affordable makeup? 

Forth is , it moisturizes the dry skin and normal skin people. (Real fact: makeup makes skin de-hydrated) .Actually oily skin people can also use this foundation too, however, they are advised to not use it for outdoor activities or any activities that make you sweat! even for normal, combination skin people. 

Fifth, it contains fruit ingredients, safe to use and it's healthy mix, so healthy for the skin too. feed your skin with great high class ingredients makeup. Cheewah! Am I a beauty blogger or a chef? haha.

laparlah, don't ever mention food! :P

What are my concerns?

No dark shades. Why? Why? Why? hmmm. it is pretty sad because I need dark shades to makeup my clients.  I can't find any other reason. Maybe I am blank. or............ been poisoned by this foundation cause I am soooo addicted to it. like really! 

What is the difference between Healthy Mix Foundation and Healthy Mix foundation serum?

The serum is for VERY DRY SKIN . if you want to travel oversea, you might want to buy this foundation because travelling caused you de-hydration + weather shocked. haha. (does weather shocked exists? it's weather changes)

The healthy mix foundation is suitable for normal, combination skin. :) oily skin? Well, I love to use it on them too, but can't really cover the pimples. depending on how you use it. 

What is the difference between this foundation and Make Up For Ever (MUFE) HD foundation?

Consistency, texture. 

MUFE is more concentrate, less glow. 

Healthy mix foundation gives natural healthy glow effects 

In case, if you are wondering. my shade is no 52, second lightest. I am not that fair, really! haha my mom shade is no 51. she's fairer than me. I got tanned because of my dad, his gen in me is more than my mom. so I got the "tanned" skin from my dad. Ayah, kerna ayah, wiida tak dapat nak perasan mat saleh :P. hahaha.

Natural Pore Nutrient Foundation is the product that helps to enhance your radiant face with a touch of light radiant finish foundation, velvety smooth texture and supple skin all day long. It is great for those who doesn't like heavy looking foundation or cream. This cream is extremely light weight foundation with light coverage, sheer and silky foundation with 100% talc-free to create light makeup against fine lines and pore imperfection. In other way, it is also helps to brighten the face to give glowy- show up radiant.

It has Vitamin E to pamper your skin with a touch of moist and clean sensation. It doesn't make your face feel oily and at the same time it doesn't dries up your skin. It gives satin finish to the face. It is great to be used on all-type of skin. As a result, your makeup would look very natural (korean-makeup look)  perfectly blend, feel like skin (very light-weight) and healthy skin look.

Lets take a moment, enjoying the beauty of the packaging. Oh My God! I really love the compact. The main reason why I bought this compact because of the packaging. hahah. Hello? I am trying to be honest here. Don't judge me! haha. It is incredibly pretty with coppery pink mirror-reflect design packaging and it is sturdy. It doesn't look cheap although the compact is quite light in weight.

Direction

Gently apply a few dabs of product with makeup sponge on cheek and blend smoothly on face, neck and hairline. Use finger or concealer brush to conceal / dab on foundation for heavier effect on uneven imperfect skin areas such as acne, dark spots or under eye circles. 

Coverage: As I stated earlier, this foundation gives very light coverage but at the same time it beautify akin imperfection and enhance the skin radiant.

Longevity: Personal experience,  it requires tonne of touch ups (especially to those who normally wear heavy makeup like I do ). Not that many actually, but most probably 3-4 times in 24 hours. 

Special Fact about this foundation: 

After applying it on the skin , it stays nicely and doesn't smudge like certain foundation does. Even if we swipe our face with tissue paper or cotton pad, there's no foundation stains on it. The product only can be removed by using normal cleansing foam/ makeup remover.

Color:

I found that this cream is more suitable for fair -light medium skin tone instead of medium to dark complexion because even on my light medium complexion, this cream looks quite bright and fair on me. I just need small tiny product to even out the skin tone, but can't covering up my imperfections because it could make my face look white and my neck look way darker than my face. It took awhile to blend into my natural skin color but who can wait for it? It takes about 30 minutes for the color to blend nicely onto the face.. It is definitely not friendly color face cream for darker complexion friends. 

A sponge is included in the compact. The compact mirror is extremely huge and clear, I personally enjoyed using the mirror in this compact. I don't know whether you have same syndrome with me, but I don't like small narrow mirror when I want to touch up anything on my face. Most probably because I want to see my whole face on the mirror.Haha. Okay, weird, but ya, that's me. Have you faced the same problem as mine? You have plenty of compact powders and mirror in your makeup bag but you would grab the only one, your favorite, wide and bright mirror. I don't know how to explain it in details, but I like this compact mirror. hehe. 

To keep hygienic, it has a piece of attached plastic with it to protect the cream product from dust and all the harmful bacteriassssss. 

I did ask the salesgirl, what is the white and brown color thingy represent and she replied;

The white is moisturizer and skin care form of makeup. The brown color is BB cream to cover all the blemishes and give some colors on face.

21-24 May Sephora Private Sale HAUL!

At first my mind was only focusing on one single foundation which is Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation. I have been wanting to get this since early of this year but keep postpone due budget constraint.  However, after I walked in to the store, my mind went blank and I went insane! From one item, I added on another one and followed by plus one. DAMN! 

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation, oh boy! I heard so many good things, awesome-ness and positive reviews about it. So I decided to give it a try and shade that I got for this time is a medium shade for malay/hawaii skin tone (Tawny). Real reason is to use it on client or also can be used as bronzer for lighter skin tone. 

Lets move forward to the next item which is also a foundation. I wanted to get one shade lighter than my current foundation. Therefore I decided to get Makeup Forever HD Foundation. I heard so many great things about it especially in giving radiant, glowing, flawless skin and blend well into the skin. It is also great for dry to oily skin and the longer the foundation on skin, the better it would be. It would blends into the skin makes the skin looks healthier, natural and gorgeous! I don't know how to explain it but I will give it a try and let you see my magical touch with this foundation :) 

Another unexpected purchase is NAKED 3 palette. I never imagine that I would buy this third edition palette however thanks to Shaza for " forcing" and "influenced" me buying this palette just to complete my NAKED collection.. Damn! Double damn! triple damn! 

Pink purplish coppery rose gold shades that made my life complete and "complicated" too! haha. I have complicated relationship with it just because of the "price" but luckily I got it with 20% off. But now our relationship is getting better just by spending our quality time together in one night. Ops! 

Urban Decay Eyeshadow primer sachet booklet in the Naked 3 box. Well, previously, if we buy any Naked palette (Naked 1 and Naked 2)  we will get either a mini size of eyeshadow primer or lipgloss that could last us forever. However, starting 2014, all naked palettes packaging have changed and they get rid all the sample size gift and replaced it with this booklet sachet.
This booklet sachet contains 4 color of eyeshadow Primers and each sachet can be used for several times.


 p/s: I won't mention the price list here cause some people would judge me as a "rich lady" even I am not. April Beauty Favourites

Assalamualaikum and Hiiii girls!

Well, April is my favourite month and of course I'm gonna talk about my makeup used the most in this month. I don't have many new items in this month but... I've collected quite a number of cream eyeshadows in this month since Maybelline Color Tattoo has been released in Malaysia started beginning of April 2013. 

So my first top 5 beauty makeup of the month is;

Fierce & Tangy (Orange). 

Tough as Taupe. 

Both colours chosen for this month are matte and creamy. 

Here are the swatches. See! Both are really bold, pigmented and very creamy. They are perfect to be wear as eyeshadow base or you could also wear them alone without any eyeshadow powder on top or even eye primer under it. It is great for your lazy day as you just swipe this cream shadow and blend it well using your ring finger. DONE!

p/s: The colour won't be too striking in person,in addition the intense bright colour could gives us a fresh great look and at the same time, affecting our day mood. Don't worry. Apa lagi?! Try this colour and rule the world! 

Makeup tips: wear this colour with nude/ pretty simple natural pink lip colour.

The second item chosen in my top 5 favourites is "Too Cool For School Lip Crayon" in orange which is my only Too Cool For school product and I'm loving it so much.

It does gives a perfect bold orangey-red to my lips and doesn't dry out my lips, better than matte lipstick.

The third item is Maybelline Eyebrow pencil that I got it during the Guardian event ( bought it using RM 50 voucher given in the event)

The eyebrow pencil gives natural brown colour on me and it becomes my absolute favourite  on top of my MUA browkit.

Next item is Victoria Secret Love Spell Body mist. It acts just like it's name. I'm not sure whether this is categorised as beauty item or not but fragrance is defiantly a girl's favorite and it is a NEED. haha. 

I'm loving it every now and carrying it in my handbag without feeling guilty. hehe.

The final item in my list is going to be a foundation which is Revlon Colorstay foundation. It stays for the whole day and it does gives medium coverage to my skin. It is subtle enough for day-time wear and at the same time perfect to hide all blemishes, some tiny miny pores and light scars. People won't noticed I wore foundation whenever I apply this and they've thought that I wear BB cream (lighter version). Well, don't get fooled, I do apply foundation to get some glowy effect and covering up imperfections.

My February Beauty Favourites 2013 Edition

Assalamualaikum and Hi All!

It's time for my favourite makeup stuffs! haha. Oh yaaaaaa! I'm so excited with this! haha. I'm not showing off but just want to share items that I used a lot on this month.  

Yeah, here we are, revised back all products that I loved the most in this month.

FACE

Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation

This foundation is very light and spread very well on my face. Plus, the liquid is very watery and blend-able.  I love to use this foundation because it gives me light to medium coverage. More to medium plus can last for about 6 to 8 hours. It depends on your weather, temperature (indoor or outdoor) and place.

Besides that, the other reason I like about this product because it can cover up my dull face and makes my face looks dewy and glowy. ^_^

But remember, this foundation doesn't cover much on scars, pimples and so on. Only can cover up to medium coverage not full coverage.

Enough for me cause my face doesn't have any big scars or pimples for the moment. Need to apply concealer if you want more coverage.

Best way to apply: Using wet sponge and apply "dab dab" method. What do we call that method ya? I can't recall any word to replace it. haha.

M.A.C Blush Marilyn Monroe Edition in "Legendary"

Summarize as L. O. V. E

Natural pink-peachy color on cheeks make me in love with it~ 

Comfortable to wear it, daily basis color, long-lasting and its like my eternity choice blush color. Once you comfortable with something, you will go for it all the time.

NARS Blush in "Taj Mahal"

This blush is really pigmented and need confident to apply it. Plus the color is dramatic, very orange-y and need to control the amount of product applied on cheeks or else we might end up look like a clown.

But the only reason I like this blush because it is really a long lasting blusher! Last time during working time(part time job), I applied it at 8am and when I went to toilet at 6pm, I noticed that this blush color was remain there and my cheeks look fresh almost similar to the morning-time color.. Absolutely amazing!!! hahah. (I applied it in light pressure and the color only faded a bit) I was amazed! No need to touch up!

Best way to apply: By using Stippling Brush cause this brush only pick less/not much product and gives light pressure on skin.

EYES

Silkygirl Big Eye Mascara

MY ONLY DAILY MASCARA

Sometimes I use other mascaras for trying purpose/ just want to change my mood. BUT most of the time, this is my number one mascara. FYI, this is my second tube.

The brush is very hard and not that quality but the formula is totally genius/awesome/ syok abis la!

I'm a person that lazy to remove eye make up using remover and this is definitely my best friend!

It is super easy to remove with warm water and will not leave any smudge-y effects under your eyes on the next day! NO MORE PANDA EYES!

MUA Brow Kit

Has 3 different tone to choose; blonde, light brown and darkbrown including a slot of wax in there plus additional brow tools; tweezers and brow applicator. 

Easy to blend, pigmented, and great choice of colors. Mix and match according to your style!

Essence Cream Eyeshadow, limited edition in Circus Circus. 

Color:  Number 2, Raise the curtain for...

Easy to apply, but not that creamy. I believe Maybelline color tatoo is creamier (I don't have any from Maybelline color tatoo collection so I can't say much but I did swatch and tried them during Singapore trip). I guess I need to have one so that I can compare these two products. 

Overall, I really like it cause the color is pretty, can last up to 6 hours, easy to apply especially on lazy day. Also can be eyeshadow base color and for me, the color is almost similar to Urban Decay Naked 2 eyeshadow in Pistol color but not 100% the same. Almost similar which is 70% -same- color. The only different is, this color has a bit of gold undertoned . Will do a review on this.

LIPS

NYX Soft matte Lipcream in Istanbul

MasyaAllah! This is my favourite matte cream eveeer!!

It looks smooth on my ugly dry cracked lips and I can't describe the smell. Pleasant smell and reminds me of cakes. haha. I have no idea why! The color is absolutely gorg on me.haha (I mentioned "only on me", so that You couldn't blame me if the color doesn't suit you, better you go to Sephora and try it before purchase because different color look amazing on different people). 

I like this color so much. Planning to get San Paulo and Milan.

Etude House Bee Happy Lipbalm in Peach

 Moisturing. Cute packaging. love the peachy smell. 

It repairs my cracked dry lips. I don't know whether this lipbalm gonna be work on you cause it works on me. haha. 

p/s: I got a bad habit. I put my lips into the pot instead of using finger. No one else going to use this, so.. sorry, Its mine. haha.

It just me. I know it sound gross and disgusting but  I need more product  instead of using finger which is only pick up a bit of balm and I feel not satisfied enough.
