July Beauty Favorites (2014)
Salam, another video in August . Fuh.. I'm in the mood of making video after watching Sabby Prue's July favorites. Thank you for the inspiration ~ haha. (WATCH HER VIDEO! It's very interesting!) I don't know about you but for me, after watching other people videos , I feel motivated to do videos and also follow what are they doing in the video. For instance, If I am watching " cleaning my room" video, I will automatically do spring cleaning too! haha. #weirdo. MAC Haul from Maccosmecticsmalaysia.com
This is my first time experience buying Mac online from their official website.
Back to couple of months ago, they offered "free shipping" service with in Malaysia delivery (I believe it was only a month) . However, after 30th April 2014, Mac put on charges on the shipping fee. To get free shipping, you need to spend minimum amount of RM 200 on their website so that you're entitle to get their free shipping service. Luckily, I managed to enjoy their free shipping on very last minute, the last day itself, 30th April.
At first I feel guilty to buy Mac cosmetic due to my bank account health problem, however I psycho myself and told myself that I bought this lipstick as a birthday gift to myself. haha. What a great makeup addict minded thinking style! Manipulate own mind just to buy a lipstick.
WAIT! have you ever heard of this quote?
Money can't buy happiness, but money can buy a lipstick. Lipstick could gives happiness to a girl!
The story behind purchasing this gorgeous lipstick was so ironic! I was busy baking in the kitchen with my sister, then my bestfriend, Shaza told me in Wechat that Mac just released Playland collection on their website and I immediately opened the website and put "toying around" and "tickle me" into the cart. As you all know, I am orange big fan. Then I informed Kak liyana (MUA) about this launch and she's immediately opened the website and wanted to buy "Sweet experience" ( sweet light pink color) but it was already sold out! Damn fast! it was only couple of hours cause I was busy baking and googling swatches. hahaha. That's funny! I can do multi-tasking jobs! < that's the real point why I wanted to tell you the story. just want to tell that I'm multi-tasking girl. hehehe.
Then after found the swatches of "Tickle Me", I decided to remove it from cart and straightly check out to confirm the order.
After couple of hours, "toying around" is already sold out and now only left few colors that are still available on the website. I wanted to get "Enjoy It All" (bright purple color, Asian edition) but my bank account doesn't allowed me to do so. ;( hurghhh!!! So, if you're interested to buy this collection, go go! go to their website to purchase the collection while it lasts. It is Limited Edition and once it's sold out, they would not bring in the collection anymore!
Let see how Mac Malaysia a.k.a Estee Lauder Malaysia Company packed the packaging for the shipping parcel. They wrapped the item carefully and ensure the item doesn't darted off and stay in one place. Plus, the box is quite sturdy so,it is reliable to keep makeup items in it.
Courier used: Nationwide Express.
Toying Around is described as Hot coral pink with amplified finish. It is bright coral with opaque color and slightly gloss with no shimmer to it. It's very creamy and very pigmented! review and swatches will be up soon!
Short experience wrap up:
I've received the parcel safely in one piece, nothing separated or melted. Thank God! At first I feel a little bit worried because weather in Malaysia is freaking hot and could melt any lipstick especially when you left it in car. That's why I am afraid if my lipstick gonna melt in the courier's van and it would be a lost. Luckily, alhamdullilah, the lipstick is still in one piece. So, no worries if you want to buy Mac lipstick through online,go ahead, it won't melt.

MAC, NYX , Jordana & Maybelline Haul
Girls and shopping can't be separated. As always people say, girls love to shop and I can't deny that, I am shopaholic and this haul going to conclude all the makeup items purchased in this month.. the items that I never mentioned in this blog. . Recently I have rewarded myself two eyeshadows from MAC , one lipstick from NYX, 2 lip pencils from NYX , one Jordana lipstick, one Wet n Wild lipstick and last but not least a Maybelline lipstick.

When it comes MAC, I'm in eyeshadow mood, collecting MAC eyeshadow slowly one by one because I know it is very expensive and I can't buy everything at once. Therefore, I tried my best to buy it only when I got my payment (part time job salary) then only spend the money on it as a symbol REWARDING myself. Ahaks! haha It's only part time job anyway! hahaha.

When it comes MAC, I'm in eyeshadow mood, collecting MAC eyeshadow slowly one by one because I know it is very expensive and I can't buy everything at once. Therefore, I tried my best to buy it only when I got my payment (part time job salary) then only spend the money on it as a symbol REWARDING myself. Ahaks! haha It's only part time job anyway! hahaha.
The colors that I chose are: Nylon and Mulch.
Mulch is a medium brown purple undertoned color that can be use all over the lids/ at the crease/ on the V-shape of the eyes. Just use it using your own creativity. Don't limit yourself. Think outside of the box, play with the color, explore the trend. Create your own signature makeup style, design the trend, be creative, be confident, be yourself! :)
Nylon, a beautiful bright highlight color with yellow undertoned. Love the color for the inner corner and certain highlighted places. Still experimenting this color to play around on the eyes. <3
NYX
I was aiming to get their lip pencils because it is cheap and reasonable. The colors that I picked are orange and rose because I want to match them with my MAC lipstick. Just want to make my lips look sexier. That's it! *give some reasons to spend money on makeup. hahaha.
NYX Matte lipstick in Strawberry Daquiri, It is a new color and when I seen it on other's lips, I fell in love with the color and accidentally bought it. "TER"beli la. really!! I "Ter"beli. :P Ya Allah Tamak nye aku! Borosnye aku!

It has been in my list for a year, Pinkerbell. A unique beautiful pink color from Wet n Wild and it always sold out! People keep saying it as a dupe for MAC Viva Glam Nicki 1,you know MAC lipstick is very expensive and it is limited edition color, no more Viva Glam Nicki 1.
p/s: you want to know something? I have found one shade that looks almost similar with Pinkerbell. I will reveal the name soon.It will be available in store soon! very soon! Just keep reading my blog la if you want to know more.

Last Sunday (30th March 2014), Watsons threw out a sale and all Maybelline sensational lipstick range was on sale, the price has marked down very low! I was about picking up more Matte range lipstick BUT MAT7 seduce me aggressively. Wooo! I hope you don't misinterpret my words. :P My sweet kak Nurul gives me this lipstick as a sweet memory gift eva! Thanks! *terharu! Want to know who is Kak Nurul? haha. it is a secret! :P

I still have few things left out from my friend in The States and I asked her to post it to Malaysia.She checked the postage fee and it is very expensive. Due to insane high postage fee, I decided to add couple of more Mac products.

MAC HAUL
Yeay! Mac Haul in 2014! when I was in New York I grabbed few eyeshadows and a palette for my own Mac collection. Now I am kind of addicted to MAC eyeshadow and started collecting it, slowly one by one. I have tried the eyeshadows on myself and model's eyes and there's no regret for owning this eyeshadow palette! Okay, let see the haul!
For the eyeshadow, I just picked up Star Violet and Woodwinked.
If you asking me the description of the colors, I might answer it in different perspective and it could make you confuse as I am not really good in describing colors. :P
From the website, it is described as "Pinky-Brown Plum with Veluxe pearl finish" .
The color is so lovely and warm, I really like it, it looks like cranberry but more into brown color (I wish I explain it right) . *Bigsmile!
Woodwinked is one of best-selling eyeshadow in MAC and from it's website stated that the color is described as "Warm Antique gold with veluxe pearl finish". At first I thought I have the color in one of my Naked palettes but then after I asked my friend, Shaza (she has the eyeshadow) she told me that, woodwinked color is absolutely gorgeous and unique. There's no similar color in any naked palettes. That is good a sign to include it into my MAC customized palette :P

I was dilemma in choosing this palette shade either in medium or light. At first I thought I want to take light color but after couple of HOURS thinking, I decided to take this palette cause I was influenced by the MAC consultant. :P Thanks for the guide! This palette matches me perfectly! Unless if I want to makeup fairer person , I need the lighter shades.
I feel too guilty to touch this palette since it looks so naive by its own so ya I just take a photo of it and show to you. :P sorry no swatches for this palette.

Beauty Haul from New York
Being a makeup addict, cosmetics shopping can't be separated Therefore, I did some cosmetics haul from drugstore as well as high end products such as Sephora and Mac (at least to Malaysian MAC is one of expensive makeup brands) .
So, without further due, lets jump into the haul!
In Malaysia, there's no bath and body works and since it is popular with its signature product of pocket bacs ( sanitizer) so I planned to go there and grab some of their products.
Original price: 1.75 USD | promotion price for Valentine's day : 1 USD.
The price range for a pocket bac's casing is between 0.50 to 8 USD.
From left: shower gel (11USD, discounted to 4 dollar), body lotion (11USD discounted to 4 USD) and body mist (14 USD marked down to 6 dollar).
At first I didn't planned to buy any products from Victoria Secret, anyhow, they were having promotion of 7 items for 35 USD and therefore I was influenced to pick 7 items from the shelf. haha.
"Desire" is my ultimate favorite scent from all of them. If you ask me "whats your favorite body mist scent from VS?" and my answer will be this! DESIRE! I believe this scent hasn't reach Malaysia yet.
VS Malaysia doesn't carry any Pink products therefore I grabbed one of their Pink body mist line and trust me, this smell the best (if you have same fragrance taste with me). Price: 6USD.
Maybelline color tatoo is my favorite line from Maybelline. I wish Maybelline Malaysia carries more colors so that I could add more into my collection. from Left: Pomegranate and Barely branded
Eye pencils from Rimmel in color of Nude and Taupe (6USD each). Nude is a pretty color to be used on waterline however the color is almost similar to Sephora 12 H blonde except Rimmel has "matte finish" and more into light skin tone concealor color ( for some reason, it reminds me of NYX wonder pencil). While Sephora 12H blonde has light champagne yellow under-toned with shimmer in it.
NYC Taupe eyebrow / eyeliner pencil. The texture is great to be used on brows instead of liner.
Maybelline master smoky, I'm still playing with this product and trying to get new techniques and varies makeup looks from this pencil.

It is not easy to get this baby skin in New York. Price range for this Baby Skin is 9 to 11 USD. I will do a full review on this product very soon.

I just wanted to try product from this brand, Jordana therefore I decided to take these two lip pencil colors: natural baby berry and Plush Plum. Both have great color pay off.
Lip balms. Baby lips formulation from US is not same to Malaysia version of baby lips as well as the packaging. Due to that reason, I greedily took 3 baby lips for myself and one EOS lipbalm . Thank you! hahaha (evil laugh)
I just can't get enough with one lipstick.
lipstick from left: wet and wild in think pink, dollpink, maybelline nude lust, NYC , Maybelline lip polish, maybelline color whisper and rimmel kate moss in 106.
Maybelline mascaras.
Big Eye: Has two / dual brushes. one is for upper lashes and another is specially made for lower lashes as the brush design is smaller than another.
Great lashes mascara: The evergreen mascara from Maybelline. I just feel that I need to try this mascara! (the real reason is I liked the pink packaging) .
Nothing much to say, I just picked up few items that doesn't hit into Malaysia except for the Dr Feel Good Balm which is RM 50 in Malaysia (mini size) but I got it around 8 -9USD .
Anatasia Dipbrow is my current obsession. It is a form of gel eyebrow cream and a new product released from Anatasia. I will do full review on this product.
Kat Van D Lock it tattoo foundation. I'm in shade Medium 52 .
This foundation has high coverage and truly hides any blemishes, red spots and any single marks.One tiny pea size of this foundation could covers up everything on face. I will do a full review on this product too.
I chose #16 because the color is so me. Coral orangy color suits me the best. Since this lipstick going to be my most expensive lipstick, therefore I picked the color that I would use daily.
Well, I know We do have MAC in Malaysia but I prefer to shop there and enjoy the services given to me. They are very helpful, friendly and never look down towards the customers compared to Malaysia Mac staffs. I'm telling the truth because a day after I reached Malaysia, I went straightly to Mac counter to see more on Mac eyeshadow swatches and I found out that they are not warm and good in consulting people. Not only that, by the end of our conversation she said: "oh, you just come to see? you don't want to take any of the eyeshadow? " . Huh. Oh boy! I was so speechless and just threw a bitter smile to her.
Lipstick purchased is "please me", a warm rose pink color lipstick that suits all skin tone.

November 2013 Beauty Favourites!

Hello! Time to rock our Saturday with few of my beauty favourite products!
Eyes part
My current makeup style is more into bare simple makeup. It looks like no makeup on but there's makeup. haha. Get what I mean? So lets see the products for the eyes.
1) MAC Groundwork paint pot is one of my favourite eye primer or on to go eyeshadow. Just use finger to swipe the color on lids and ya, its ready to go. This color is almost similar to "Painterly" which is bare skin color.
2) Next, I normally set the groundwork cream shadow with Naked color from Naked palette (Num 1). The color naked is really bare and nearly similar to the skin. So, that is why I liked to use this color, simple and keep it natural.
3) My favourite highlighter or also known as my favourite versatile eyeshadow is this, Stila Kitten. I did a full review post on it. The color is pretty natural on lids and wearable either for daily makeup or simple night makeup look.
Blusher is a must makeup product in my makeup routine . In this month I have been using this Nars blusher in Taos a lot. The color makes my face blush naturally and suit to my skin tone.
If you are asking me for the best blush brush, my answer going to be " GO FOR SIGMA F40! It is freakin soft and worth every ringgit. No regret at all. Where to buy it? my favourite shopping online site is : "luxola.com" . I bought all of my Sigma brushes over there especially when they've promotion. I'm collecting Sigma brushes slowly one by one. And now my Sigma brush collection is growing bigger. Alhamdullilah. Sikit sikit, lama lama jadi bukit.
Lip colors of the month are cha cha tint from Benefit and Revlon Super lustrous lipgloss in Pink Pop. Woot Woot! Korean lips style, dap the lip tint onto lips, spread it evenly, then finish it with lipgloss. Beautiful sexy lips!Mwaaahhhhh! Pop up your natural beauty with lip tint!
Fuh, lip tint is the best savior for people who looking for natural lip color but doesn't want to look too heavy with lipstick. This is the solution, get a lip tint!
Last but not least, a skin care. It is a local brand serum mist, Essenseri.
I love the idea of spraying since I don't really like to open a cap and then pour it, apply all over the face and you know, It consumes time and attention. Therefore, the idea of spraying is much easier. After bath, just wipe out your face and spray it into the face. Easy! Seriously, to those who know me well, you guys know, I'm a lazy bum. Just wanna share my simple daily skin care routine : remove makeup by using makeup remover, cleanse the face, spray some toner, serum and that's it! Moisturiser , I use it seldomly, I have no idea why I always skip moisturiser & night cream. I know, it's not good, but if my skin peel off, I will apply moisturiser, a lot! Seriously! hahaha (cuak muka kedut kering).
