MURAD Nutrient-Charged Water Gel and the new Outsmart Blemish Clarifying Treatment Review

My skin condition changes based on the environment and hormones. If you are following my instagram , I do posted some of the skin care updates;  favorite products and routine , time to time. 

My current skin condition is T-combination dry. Acne always pop up nowhere without warning and at any condition. Therefore, choosing the right skin care is important to achieve glass flawless skin. Acne  probably because of the hormones. Since I live in Malaysia, a tropical weather year around with  high humidity due to proximity to water, I definitely need moisturiser for my skin after one whole day torturing exposed to sunlight.

A nutrient-charged blend of peptides, vitamins and minerals strengthens the skin’s barrier for plump, smooth skin

It is one of the high raved product among the insta-influencers, youtubers and bloggers. It is also included as "insta-worthy" products for insta-influencers, and I know many of us are keep questioning whether if they are actually worth the hype or just aesthetically pleasing on the feed.  

Before we move on, let's be clear that , this is not a sponsored post yet the items were sent to me for honest review. Opinions are fully my own, but please bear in your mind, the products might work differently on different people. 
I've been using this MURAD Nutrient- Charged Gel for couple of weeks now and the level of satisfaction is 10/10!  My skin drank it up without breakout! (Awesome! I'm giving an A++ for that. This is because most of moisturiser would make my skin breakout) . It is now become my skin's favorite drinks, a part of the rose water. This moisturizer  has decent scent , which makes me feel good using it.  It absorbs VERY QUICKLY onto the skin without feeling greasy ; that means I use every day and night.  Based on my experience, It's very hydrating and makes my skin plumpier . If you are asking me whether is it worth the hype? Absoultely YES! The gel doesn't stress on my skin and didn't cause any break out. 

MURAD Outsmart Blemish Clarifying Treatment

It stated as "Medicated lightweight gel serum is clinically proven to reduce overall acne in just 1 week. Salicylic acid combines with lysophosphatidic, hydroxydecanoic, sebacic and glycolic acids in Penta-Acid Technology to clear skin of acne-causing bacteria, oiliness and blackheads while minimizing dryness and irritation". 

I'm going to list down the important points or Obvious differences:

1) Pores are smaller, less blackhead

2) It helps to stop pimple from forming. - which is so awesome!! 

3) I haven't seen any pimples since using this product

Does it worth the hype? YES YES YES!!

The only concern I had in my mind is to re-purchase the product once its empty cause now I feel I couldn't live without it! This is one of the skin care products with high efficacy come with a higher price tag. In contrast, it's worth to splurge.

HOW I GET RID MY ACNE? Blemish Control 30-Day Kit Review (Malaysia)

Some people would have mild acne with  few blemishes. They may have whiteheads, blackheads, papules, and/or pustules (aka pimples). Many people can treat mild acne with products that you can buy without a prescription. A product containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid often clears the skin.Yet, for a bigger problem is ACNE PRONE. 
For moderate to severe acne, you may need oral antibiotics to reduce bacteria and fight inflammation. People would normally buy any Benzoyl Peroxide products to reduce the size of acne. If you have minor acne, it might works for you, but how if a city of pimple turn up on the skin? It is very painful plus emotional disaster! 

I was known with flawless face, or local normally called dahi licin. I normally would get acne once a month during the women monthly period. Right after the session ends, my face would clear up left nothing behind. However, hormone does changed. 

I've tried few products and some work great on me. Recently, right before the wedding, my face was almost full with acne. MY TOP 15 MAC EYESHADOWS

I am kind of addicted to MAC eyeshadow. Started with New York Trip. MAC eyeshadow in NY is pretty reasonable. Each of the refill pan only costs RM 33 each (10USD) and the palette itself with insert (the shape) only RM 33 / 10USD. Incredibly cheap! My MAC eyeshadow starter kit was only started by buying  Mulch, All that glitters, soft brown, expensive pink , satin taupe and Sable (6 eyeshadows) and  a 15-slot palette. Total 70 USD excluding tax. Meanwhile in Malaysia, one empty palette with the insert costs RM 200++, and each of refill eyeshadow costs RM 50. ETUDE HOUSE HAUL! RM 5 only!

Hi ladies,  FEEL LIKE BUYING SOMETHING ESPECIALLY MAKEUP BUT HAVE NO MONEY? I just found an interesting sale happening in Etude House Sunway Pyramid. I am not sure with other outlets.  I know many of us are broke in this month due to Raya festival plus GST! Seriously, I am also effected! I changed my punctured tire and it costs me RM 200 inclusive GST (spent roughly RM 15 just for GST ) Argh!! Anyway,lets back to the track. I haven't spend anything for myself this month since I've invested and paid all of my billssssssss! But as a woman, my hands are itchy and wanted to buy something! Something here meaning MAKEUP babes. haha. Makeup addicts are just born as a shopper!  I just walked into Etude House Sunway Pyramid and did my "window shopping activity" cause they are having BUY ONE FREE ONE ITEM sale.  but my eyes caught to one special "clearance items" corner and I immediately asked the salesgirl, how much is the blusher and eyeshadows cost? Surprisingly, she said: SALESGIRL: Blusher is RM 10, eyeshadow is only RM 5. 
ME: Are they discontinued products?
SALESGIRL: yes, and they are slow selling items too because they are too pigmented!
ME: Really? (I was thinking, it is true, most of Malaysian doesn't like pigmented eyeshadow, they enjoyed subtle, light-kind of eye makeup look. ala-ala korean gitu)
SALESGIRL: Some are manufactured in year 2015 and some are 2012. 
ME: Not bad. It's time for me to experiment Korean makeup!  So I grabbed all of three eyeshadows and one blusher. All cost me RM 25! Visit Sunway Pyramid outlet if you are interested to buy these cheap eyeshadows and blusher.  SHORT REVIEW EYESHADOW (RM 5) Glitter light pink ( Shining Pink Tiara)   Great for highlighting part, but the glitter sometimes could be annoying!  Glitter Orange (Glittering Tangerine Pendant) Very subtle pigmentation, great for those who want to create Korean eyelook. Very glittery and shimmery. It also could be annoying and need to use finger for application to avoid fall out.  Matte Brown ( Cafe Latte) The most worth eyeshadow! Great for blending, matte, very pigmented and a dupe for MAC soft brown. Everyone need to get this!  BLUSHER (RM 10) Raspberry Tarte A soft barbie doll pink cheek color. It's kinda doll-kawaii pink color. Suits for fair complexion.

MY WEEKEND MAKEUP LOOK! (using Vegas Lights eyeshadow)

Raya Makeup Tutorial #RayaCantikBergaya 2015

Hello ladies!

Since Raya is around the corner (well, to be exact it's another 16 days), I'd recorded a Raya Makeup tutorial for beginner.

In this video I showed how to do a proper makeup, and make the makeup lasts longer.
Besides that I also will be showing you how to draw eyebrow in steps plus eyeliner using gel liner.

It's very easy, all you need is only PRACTICING + try and error!

L'OREAL Butterfly Mascara Review

I am pretty sure you would agree with me when I say mascara is very crucial in makeup routine. Without mascara our eyes would look tired and dull. That is what I feel when I didn't apply mascara for the day. 

Mascara would lift up our lashes and at the same time makes our face look fresh, eyes look shine, and energetic. I wish I could say hank you to the person who invented mascara. Totally a savor especially when we had not enough sleep or maybe too tired with works.

Contouring has been a popular subject nowadays. Everyone is trying to learn and testing out varies of contouring techniques. Mainly in cream form bronzer./ contouring stick as mostly they are following Kim K contouring method makeup. 

MAKEUP REVOLUTION CANDY QUEEN OF THE HEARTS REVIEW

I have tonne of blusher collection, somehow I am kinda addicted to blusher especially into light pink and peachy color. 

NARS Orgasm is one of my favorite blusher as it has peachy pink natural blush color suits with my complexion. Even after having one favorite blusher my addiction into blusher still continuing and I keep collecting more blushers time to time. 

Makeup Revolution came out with pretty packaging blusher which is a dupe/ inspired by Too Faced. Too Faced has love blusher design too but the price just double from Makeup revolution.

At first Too Faced love flush blusher was in my bucket list yet after getting this pretty heart blusher from Makeup Revolution for half of the price, I feel there is no need for me spending double of the money for it. Saving up for more new products in the future. 

Candy Queen of the hearts has beautiful peachy pink color . 

Texture of the blush is buttery, not chalky- baked finishes. 

Smooth- but for some reason I found that the color doesn't apply evenly on the skin, it's a bit patchy on the skin. It has sheen that would makes the face looks glow and healthy. 

I really wanted to try other colors too but slowly getting them all as money doesn't grow on the tree, we need to earn it. Will pick it up one day.

Makeup Revolution Goddess Of Love highlighter review

Highlighter is one of my favorite makeup products. The product that could live up dull skin and highlight the cheek bones to make the face looks alive as well as glow. 

Honestly , the main reason why I picked this product is because of the packaging. Who would deny it? Please! That is the main reason why I spent my RM 49 to a drugstore makeup brand. 

This Makeup Revolution Goddess of Love highlighter has been highly raved among beauty bloggers & vloggers around the world and has been comparing with Too Faced love-shape blusher in way of packaging as well as the quality of the product.  Literally speaking everyone is keeping talking about the shape of the product. 

The LOVE shape is main attraction for the product which I couldn't agree more. The price of RM 49 is pretty amazing as we can enjoy the same quality of the product as Too Faced includes pretty packaging.

Swatch of the highlighter. 

It has pink undertone and  can be described as champagne color . Personally I love the sheen given without any chunky glitters on the face. As most of budget highlighter would not give this high quality outcome as most of them have tone of glitters, chunk glitters, chalky, lack of sheen, dull color and lack of pigmentation.

Some highlighter would makes your pores look obvoiues and visible but not with this highlighter. It doesn't make your pores look visible.

Texture: Glides smoothly onto the skin . The texture is so buttery and not chalky at all. Quality wise is more into high-end quality.

Recommended brush to be used with the product: Fan brush / tapered brush.

Overall,  the design is the statement of the product. 

It is worth to be owned by everyone. 

I wish Makeup Revolution would bring more shades in the future such as yellow undertone sheen, golden sheen as well as the marvelous nylon color. Wish they would bring more highlighters in the future. Most importantly the highlighter must be complement with Asian , Malaysian complexion.

Number 76 Salon Hair Treatment and Service review-Malaysia

Speaking of hair, every lady dreams of healthy, silky, long black hair. Well, except for blond or trendy colored hair, depending on the trend. Traditionally, Asian hair is originally black and by looking at the hair color, and condition, we know the level of healthiness of the hair. 

Glossy, shiny black hair indicate the healthiness of individual hair. Most of the hair product advertisements showcase pretty girls with long glossy hair, black, straight and most importantly, running smoothly and silk-ly between the fingers. Oh! One more thing, healthy scalp too! Free from dandruff and strong roots. Do you want all these? Are these in your dream? Me? ( wondering if you are asking me) MESTILAH! Gile tak mau? haha.  Yes, I want it! I nak la rambut like Fauziah Gaus, Cleopetra , Rapunzel  and sape2 je lah u think they have pretty hair. hehe

That morning I woke up late and skipped my morning wash. I did sprayed some dry shampoo , yet my hair still flat and look greasy. excuse my ugly hair style. ;( 

On that particular period, I was so busy till skipped pampering my hair and it turns dry, frizzy and ...... senang cite, rosak :P hahaha

I know this is kinda late post, very late post but I need to take some time to write this post up since the service is extremely good and the treatment is really helpful.

I appreciate the service given, friendly and humble services. 

Upon arrival, the stylist served me a cup of ginger tea and a piece of biscuit. What a wonderful and Warm welcome & hospitality. 

For your information, this is my first-time visit on NUMBER 76 SALON and it is the most expensive salon I had ever been. Normally I just go for my economical salon or home-made hair treatment done by myself. I can't compare Number76 salon with other international well branding salon yet I feel satisfied with their services. 

There's also a handbag cover as prevention / precaution, preventing from getting spoiled by chemicals in the salon. AFraid any chemicals spilled onto the bag. Double like for this dust bag. 

I was suggested to try their Signature Ultra Sonic Iron. It vibrates with no heat. The iron vibrates at 37,000 beats per second, separating protein, water and oil particles in treatments to ensure deepest penetration for enhanced results. Highly recommended for dry, messy and damaged hair due to frequent coloring and/or perms.

I highly recommending this service for very dry hair/ frizzy hair. 

After the treatment my hair is getting better and darker. Actually I feel my hair is healthier than before, light and has it's right weight, not greasy and not too light as I had before the treatment. I have no idea how did the technology works on it but it really helps. 

There is also a set of hair mask given to be used weekly for a month. The price for this treatment is RM 268 and it is really worth the money. If you are lucky you would get discount if there's promotion on that month. So guys, go visit their website to keep posted on their latest promotion.
